Force Non-Fractured Mode ALM Implementation logic option

A logic option that directs the Fitter to implement the specified node using the non-fractured mode of the ALM.

This option must be assigned to a node with a specific location assignment. This option is available for supported device (Arria^® series, Stratix^® III, and Stratix^® IV ) families.
